sabh kujhh hoondy bhe hik'u shakhs na haasil thiyo thas,
ddaadhi je un heenrai khe, samjheen tho kujhh?

marham saan Aa wetar soor wadhi wayo jaani,
zakhaman je un ghehrai khe samjheen tho kujhh?

naaun natho dde puth men bhaali harndarr jo ho,
pagal je un danaai khe samjheen tho kujhh?

manzil aado Aa par wikh khajjay e nathi kaa,
jisman je un heenrai khe samjheen tho kujhh?

khaali hath, magar tho lashkar saan ulhjee paee,
jodhe je un arddai khe samjheen tho kujhh?

ddaknde ddaknde hath wijhe tho kaati men chho,
