ketraa ghaaw haa kuhaarri'a te,
hui wahi be gunaah jaarri'a te.

muhinjo werrho ta khaaq thiyo saaro,
meehan barsyo ta chhaa umaarri'a te!

zindagi der saan saddiyo hin khe,
jean puggo maot lay phaaria te.

Aa jawani mazaa wathjaan maanni,
aahe tobah chhadde pachharria te.

ae pireen! mustqil ache rahh tun,
tahak keedda wathjaan ddiharri'a te.

je na guflat je gaar maan uthbo,
wakt ddendo chamaat kiyarri'a te.

ho qilo Aa zaboon andar khan,
to nazar bas wadhi muharri'a te.

khawaab jo mulh tokhe chhaa ddendo?
tun charhyu hatt aan kabbarri'a te.

kaak jaa mendhra ghanraa e uthi,
tun akelo ta na naheen marri te.

qoam jo dard aahe pandit khe!
bharwaso to b kayo labbari'a te?
