Hasan's poetic journey began at the age of 16, influenced by his grandfather, Muhammad Hasan Daras, a renowned poet whose works were widely celebrated in spiritual gatherings.

Education and Career

Hasan completed his early education in his village and matriculated from Muslim High School, Tando Allahyar. He later earned his master's degree in Sindhi literature from the University of Sindh, Jamshoro. His poetry, infused with music, intellectual depth, and Sufism, resonated with the masses and reflected his deep love for Sindh's history, culture, and geography.

Notable Works

Hasan Daras authored several iconic poems, including *Adi Hai Ajayan Kilian* (dedicated to Benazir Bhutto), *Nangi Sarmad Ji Huzur Mein*, *The Shadow of All Sindh Fairy*, and *A Poet's Homeland*.
